Intense bouquet — Classical expressions with strong mineral background. Notes of flowers (honeysuckle, Orange blossom), fruit (candied lemon, yellow fig, dry apricot) and wild flower honey.

Rich palate with round entry and a natural zest provided by the natural acidity of the wine. Flavors are reminiscent of the nose, leading to a lingering finish on lemon drops and mineral notes of wet stones.
